Shipping Policy

Snapit endeavours to dispatch orders within a time frame of 24–48 hours from the moment they are placed, with a typical delivery window of 1–7 business days based on the geographical locations of both the buyer and seller. First-time patrons of Snapit benefit from complimentary shipping on all purchases, while subsequent orders valued below Rs 1999 are subject to a Rs 99 shipping charge. Orders exceeding Rs 999 are eligible for free shipping. Snapit collaborates with reputable courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Aramex, Xpressbees, and Dotzot for shipping solutions. In instances where prepaid orders cannot be managed by the designated courier partners, Snapit employs Indian Speed Post as an alternative shipping method. For expedited shipping, customers have the option to select same-day/next-day delivery for a swiffer processing and delivery timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

Many venues now allow for cancelling confirmed booking, which will be visible under 'Your Orders' on the app or website. Booking can usually be cancelled between 20 minutes to 4 hours before the show starts, depending on the venue. When you click 'Cancel booking', you can choose to get a refund through the original payment method or in BMS Cash.Refunds from the source will appear in your account within 5 to 7 working days, while BMS Cash will show up in your profile within 2 hours at the most. If you used a gift voucher to book a venue and then cancelled them, the refunded amount will go back to the same gift voucher. You can use the voucher again after 24 hours. You will no longer lose the entire amount if you cancel your ticket, instead you can get a 70% to 50% refund, depending on the venue's cancellation policy. If you used payback, or split the transaction, you cannot cancel it.

Snapit Return/Exchange Policy

Snapit's returns and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items within the specified period. Make sure to keep the product unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging. If there is a Seal Tag, keep it intact. You can return the product in two ways. We provide free pick up service in most areas and you can select this option when requesting a return. If pick up is not available in your area, we will reimburse shipping costs in Snapit credits if the product meets the return policy and you share the courier receipt with us. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the return. We will issue a doorstep refund for the return amount based on the selected refund mode. This doorstep refund may not be available for certain pin codes, in which case the refund will be initiated after the product passes a quality check at our warehouse. If the returned product fails the quality check, it will be sent back to you. Exchanges for size mismatch or defective items will be provided free of charge, depending on stock availability and serviceability of your address. Our delivery representative will bring the new item and pick up the original one if you choose to exchange. You can exchange items purchased from Snapit for different sizes or styles within the specified period, subject to address serviceability. Certain items such as fine jewellery and watches have a limited return/exchange window.Sherwanis can only be exchanged, not returned. Check the Product Detail Page for specific return/exchange timelines. Due to the intimate nature of Innerwear, Sleepwear, and Lingerie items, only self-ship returns are allowed. Pickup service is not available, and these items cannot be exchanged. Items for return or exchange must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, such as shoes in their original box. According to the exchange policy, "If you exchange a purchased item on Snapit within the exchange period for the same size or different size of the same style, you will receive a free replacement." If you want to exchange a purchase from Snapit for a different item of the same or different value, you will need to pay or be refunded the difference in value. This will happen after the original item is picked up from you. The net amount you paid for the original item, excluding any instant cashback or discounts, will be used to calculate the difference in cost between the original and exchanged items. This difference will be either paid by you or refunded by Snapit, depending on the situation, for an exchange. After we pick up the original item from you, the refund for the exchange will be processed. Only serviceable pin codes can be exchanged. You can only exchange one item at a time. If you want to exchange multiple items, you must make separate exchange requests for each item.

Non-returnable items cannot be traded. Platform Handling Fee does not apply to exchanged orders. Snapit can limit exchanges if customers violate the policy. If an item comes with a free gift and you return the item, you must also return the free product. Snapit is not responsible for mistakenly returned products. If a different product is returned by mistake, Snapit is not accountable for replacing it or delivering it back to the user. Please securely pack items when self-shipping returns to avoid damage. Use a trustworthy courier service for all self-shipped returns. If you return items yourself, we will reimburse your shipping costs as long as they meet our policy and you share a photo of the courier receipt. We will only refund self-shipped items if they pass a quality check at the warehouse. If they fail, we will resend them to you.
