All the Products sold on our platform are governed by different state laws and if Seller is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, Seller will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by Seller from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Platform. By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates.We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS.

Trademark, Copyright, and Restriction

The platform is owned by Snapit and products are sold by sellers. All material on the platform is protected by copyrights and trademarks. You can only use the material for personal, non-commercial use. You cannot copy, reproduce, or distribute the material without permission. Any commercial use of the material is prohibited. You are responsible for any content you upload. We have the right to use any content you upload for business purposes.

Payment

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to you while using any payment method on our Platform. Unauthorised transactions are not allowed. If you go over the agreed limit set by you and the bank, then If any payment problems come up from the deal, or. "Decrease in transaction for any other reason/s". All payments for purchases or services on the Platform must be made in Indian Rupees, the only accepted currency. The Platform does not support transactions in any other currency for purchases made on the Platform. Sellers may ask for documents like government-issued ID and address proof before shipping your order.This is to ensure a secure online shopping experience for our users. Additionally, Transactions, transaction price, and commercial terms like delivery are agreed upon between the buyer and seller. The payment facility is only used to facilitate the transaction, and Snapit is not liable for any issues related to the products or services sold on their platform. You have given permission for Snapit to handle payments electronically or through Cash on Delivery for transactions.Your relationship with Snapit is as independent contractors. Snapit is not responsible for products or services listed on its platform or for the completion of transactions. You acknowledge that Snapit's payment facility is not a banking or financial service, but a service to facilitate electronic payments for transactions on the Snapit Platform. Snapit is not a trustee or fiduciary with regards to transactions or payment prices. Payment option for purchasers. As a Buyer, you agree that starting a transaction means entering a legal contract with the Seller to buy products or services using

the Payment Facility. You must pay the Transaction Price through your Issuing Bank.As a Buyer, you can communicate electronically with the Seller to agree on extending or increasing the delivery time. The transaction will be amended accordingly. Any changes must follow the rules and policies of the Payment Facility. As a Buyer, you must use the Snapit Platform to notify the Payment Facility immediately after Delivery or non Delivery as per the Policies. Failure to notify timely will be considered as Delivery in the Transaction. For Cash On Delivery, confirmation of receipt is not necessary. As a Buyer, you can get a refund if you don't receive your order on time. If you don't request a refund in time, you won't be eligible for one. As a Buyer, you acknowledge that the Payment Facility may not be available for certain products or services, and you may not be eligible for a refund for those Transactions. Refunds will be processed by the same bank where the transaction price was received, or through a different method chosen by you, except for Cash On Delivery orders. Refunds for Cash On Delivery purchases will be made through electronic transfers. The refund will be in Indian Rupees and equal to the original payment in Indian Rupees. Refunds for electronics payments will be made through approved online banking systems like NEFT / RTGS by RBI. Some banks support refunds, others do not. If your bank does not support refunds, you must provide a different bank account for the refund.Refunds are conditional and subject to Snapit's recourse in cases of misuse by the buyer. "Buyer must follow Policies for a refund."Snapit can limit the number and amount of transactions from a credit card or bank account.They can also reject transactions that exceed the set limits.” Snapit can deny processing transactions from buyers with a history of questionable charges, such as violations of agreements or laws, charges from the bank, or policy breaches. “Snapit will conduct necessary checks before approving the receipt of payment from buyers for Cash On Delivery transactions. If Snapit is not satisfied with the buyer's credibility or the transaction's genuineness, they have the right to reject the payment. The 'Cash on Delivery' option may be disabled for some account users at Snapit's discretion. Snapit might delay confirming payment if they suspect something suspicious or if a buyer is making a lot of transactions.They will hold the payment and may not tell the seller to ship the item or refund the buyer if law enforcement requests it or if the buyer is doing something illegal.The Buyer and Seller agree that Snapit is not responsible for any damages, interests, or claims due to delays in processing a transaction beyond Snapit's control. "Following the rules and regulations" If a customer buys something for INR 2,00,000 or more, they must upload a scanned copy of their PAN card within 4 days or the purchase will be cancelled.The customer only needs to submit the PAN card once. The order will be cancelled if there is a name mismatch between the customer and the PAN card.Buyer and Seller must follow all relevant laws for using Payment Facility and Snapit Platform.This includes laws such as the Foreign Exchange Management Act, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, Income Tax Act, and Export Import Policy.Buyer's agreement with the bank that issues the payment. Valid credit/debit/cash cards and other payment instruments will be processed through a credit card payment gateway or payment system agreed upon by the buyer and issuing bank. Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the Issuing Bank. The Issuing Bank supports Payment Facility for these services.Online Bank Transfers are governed by terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the Issuing Bank.
